RIB Wi-fi Gate Automation

Today's swing and sliding gate operators provide convenience to homeowners, allowing them to access their gate through remote control. However, these cannot be made accessible to all homeowners due to limitations in installation. Installation typically requires masonry work on the support columns of gates. The marble or stone columns have to be drilled in order to provide the necessary electrical wiring provision. RIB, which is based in Italy, was the first company in its industry to develop a Wi-Fi gate automation system. This internationally patented system eliminates the wiring needed to connect the different gate operator components. This also reduces the installation time. All the parts of RIB Wi-Fi, which are manufactured in Italy, are controlled by radio signals emitted by the central Master Wi-Fi unit. Components have built-in receivers and transmitters. As a result, no wiring is needed to connect the Spark Wi-Fi blinker, which signals that the gate is operating, the Nova Wi-Fi photocells and Touch Wi-Fi mechanical strip, which will halt the operation in case of sudden obstruction, and the actual gate motor. Moreover, the system uses normal alkaline batteries which are easily replaceable.
