| Coconut cream is extracted from mature coconut, homogenized, canned and processed using high temperature at certain time to prolong its shelf life even up to 2.5 years under ambient condition.
Color is off white to creamy white with natural coconut flavor and aroma without any aftertaste. It is slightly to moderately thick with pourable, smooth, homogeneous, free flowing consistency. |

| Sungee Coconut Cream (Kakang Gata) is the white creamy extract derived from freshly grated matured coconut. The extract is then sterilized to preserve its freshness even without refrigeration. As is or diluted, it is excellent to use for variety of dishes, oriental or otherwise including curry and special seafood dishes. Likewise, this is also ideal for cocktail mix drinks and for desserts such as ice cream, cakes, pies and pastries. The content in this can is equivalent to the cream squeezed from approximately three and a half (3 1/2) matured coconuts.. | ||
