NXTII SP print machines

To support the need for higher accuracy placement and the high volume placement of bare die, Fuji has developed the NXTII M6 module SP. The NXTII SP has a + 10um accuracy and supports component feeding directly from the wafer using the Multi Wafer Unit 8 inch or the Hover-Davis vertical axis die feeder. 10um accuracy is supported by the H01, H02 and G04 placement heads. All other operations are the same as the standard NXTII unit so it may be used for standard PCB assembly when high accuracy is not required.
